Job Description: Junior Business Intelligence Consultant
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Modeling:
Assist in analyzing client data and identifying relevant patterns, trends, and insights.
Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop data models and data integration strategies.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data warehouses, data marts, and other data structures.
2. Report and Dashboard Development:
Assist in designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet client requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.
Help improve the usability and effectiveness of reports and dashboards.
3. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Collaborate with project teams to gather business and technical requirements.
Document requirements, data mappings, and solution designs.
Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
4. Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss project progress, findings, and recommendations.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and maintenance phases.
5. Research and Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence.
Conduct research, perform data analysis experiments, and explore new data visualization techniques.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business intelligence.
